​We meet twice weekly: on Mondays online via YouTube Live for a mat class and on Thursdays in Central Park for foundational strength and mobility work. 


​From time to time we dive into essential wellness topics - from joint health and injury prevention to performance nutrition and sustainable weight management.

We will be focusing on various beginner / intermediate stretches and strengthening exercises.
This class is approximately 30min long.

Thursdays at 6.45am: Central Park: 
74th street on West Dr - as the road splits off to 72nd.  
No equipment needed, but bring water to drink.
We will be focusing on various beginner / intermediate standing stretches and exercises and finish with a one mile shakeout run. 
This class is approximately 30min long. 
In case of inclement weather this workout will be held online on YouTube Live as well.
