Current Schedule:
Mondays at 6.45am: YouTube Live Follow @efficientathlete on YouTube. Have a softer mat. Purchase one HERE if needed. We will be focusing on various beginner / intermediate stretches and strengthening exercises. This class is approximately 30min long. Thursdays at 6.45am: Central Park: 74th street on West Dr - as the road splits off to 72nd. No equipment needed, but bring water to drink. We will be focusing on various beginner / intermediate standing stretches and exercises and finish with a one mile shakeout run. This class is approximately 30min long. In case of inclement weather this workout will be held online on YouTube Live as well. |
